    English Language Instructor, (Oct. 09-present), English Language Institute, King Abdulaziz University, KSA.

     

  3. Duties: Teaching Foundation Year students courses ranging from beginners to Intermediate. I taught “North Star”, “New Headway Plus”, “English Unlimited” and “Unlock” courses in Regular program.
  4. Designing remedial writing programs at The Academic Writing Center at the English Language Institute.  Delivering workshops for improving academic writing skills among undergraduate and post graduate students.

  7. Academic Accreditation Committee Member (Sept. 17- present) I am in charge of file checking and ensuring that ELI is following CEA academic Standers. I participated in writing the self-study report and dealing with the on-site visit of CEA Committee in December 2017.
  8. Academic Accreditation Coordinator, (Sept.2014- Sept.2017). I participated in writing the Self Study report sent to the CEA committee in the United States. My job is to ensure following of CEA standards. Also, questionnaires related to the accreditation process.

  23. Translated over 80 documents for the Recruitment Unit, English Language Institute, KAU. 2009-2011.

    Teacher Mentor (Oct.08-July 09) Higher Colleges of Technology (MAG project), Al Ain, UAE.

  28. Duties: Contributing to developing teaching skills of MOE teachers, providing mentoring and consultations regarding developing teaching material and worksheets for students and teaching low-proficient students, and holding regular workshops on teaching methodology and classroom management, lesson planning and many other relevant topics to novice teachers.
  29. Prepared newly appointed teachers to guide their students in UAE to pass the IELTS and CEPA Tests.
  30. Participated in the meetings held in Dubai MOE, Sharjah University, and HCT main Campus, Abu Dhabi.

     

    Lecturer of English Literature (Sept. 06- May, 08) Faculty of Education, Class, Qaseem University, KSA.

  31. Duties: Teaching undergraduate students at the department of English the following courses: Listening and Speaking (Tapestry Course), Introduction to Linguistics, Translation, Essay writing, Poetry and   Drama (Elizabethan-Modern), Novel (Eighteenth – Modern).    
  32. Supervising teaching practicum of pre-service teachers in preparatory and secondary schools.

    English Language Instructor (March, 97-Aug., 06) Working at English for Specific Purposes Center, (Now called “Languages and Translation Center”, Sohag University. Egypt.

  34. Duties: The job description of this post requires mastering teaching ESP and translation skills.
